I am an Israeli manager, obviously we are succeeding against all odds.

I am an Israeli manager; it is clear that extraordinary results are achieved even when half of my team is in the reserves.

I am an Israeli manager; obviously as soon as necessary I turned my luxury hotel into a kibbutz.

I am an Israeli manager, obviously we cleared the cafeteria and bought mattresses to host evacuees.

I am an Israeli manager, obviously tomorrow we are not working but traveling to volunteer and help.

I am an Israeli manager, obviously I embrace and take care of my people like family.

I am an Israeli manager, obviously I want the best for my people and trust that they are doing their best.

I am an Israeli manager; we lost a team member at that party.

I am an Israeli manager; I have employees who returned wounded in body and soul and we are all here for them.

I am an Israeli manager; I perform the best even when my heart is crying inside.

I am an Israeli manager, of course I believe that we will make it through, will prove the truth by doing our best and becoming the best,

Not by talking

By actions.
