I’m excited to share that my essay was selected for the newest issue of the Astrosociological Insights Forum (Spring 2026).
But this isn’t really a “space” story.
It’s a leadership story.
Over the past years, I’ve been working with both global organizations and space analog environments- and I keep noticing the same pattern:
👉 The conditions we once thought were unique to space missions
are now shaping our everyday work.
- Uncertainty.
- Constant change.
- Distributed teams.
- Emotional load.
- The need to function without clear answers.
In the article, I explore how space becomes a powerful lens to understand what leadership actually requires today- not in theory, but in real, human terms.
Because maybe the question is no longer:
“How do we prepare people for space?”
But rather:
👉 How do we prepare leaders for a world that already feels like it?
